The Multi-color camera logo shouldn’t be altered in any way. However, the black and white Instagram logo can be used in any color, as long as all other aspects of its design stay the same.
Unless the glyph or camera logo will appear in a list of other social media logos, a clear call to action (e.g. “Follow us on Instagram”)should accompany the logo.
Transparent Instagram logo
When you’re creating content, it’s super helpful to have a transparent Instagram logo to use in your designs and assets.

How to add a gif in Facebook
How to Post a GIF on Facebook
Memes have always taken centre-stage on Facebook, but the age of the GIF (short animated images that play in a loop) is upon us. Fortunately, posting a GIF to Facebook has become a lot easier.
Autoplaying video has become the norm, still annoying but less unexpected. The latest smartphones are capable of quickly creating GIFs. And we all love Giphy.
Naturally, then, we need to learn how to make two of our favourite things come together.
Posting GIFs on Facebook

If you're not overly fussed about which GIF you post to Facebook and any GIF will do, start by selecting the 'What's on your mind' field and selecting GIF. You can use the search bar to type in a keyword to find GIFs that have a common theme, then just tap on one to add it to your post.
Some of us are more fussy about our GIFs, though. If you've found a GIF elsewhere you can now just drag it into the 'What's on your mind' field on a desktop, or share it as you would any other photo or video on Facebook.

If the GIF you want to share is already stored online somewhere, all you need is the image URL (right-click and choose ‘Copy Image URL’ in Chrome, 'Copy Image Location' in Firefox, or 'Copy Image Address' in Opera).
Now go to your Facebook news feed and paste the link into the 'What's on your mind?' status field at the top of the page. You can use Ctrl-V on your keyboard, or right-click in the box and select Paste.
Give it a second and the GIF will automatically appear below the URL. You can delete this URL for neatness (the GIF will remain there), and maybe type a message so your friends know why you've posted the GIF. It's all up to you.

Use the search bar to expedite your process. To do this, simply click on the search bar at the top of the Help Center page--it will say something like "Hi (Your Name), how can we help?"--and type in a few words related to your complaint. You should see several suggestions pop up in a drop-down menu below the search bar.
For example, you might type in "impostor account", then click on the "How do I report an account for impersonation?" result.
The search bar here only links to Facebook's pre-written articles--if you're looking for an answer to a specific issue not covered in the Help Center, skip ahead to the Community page.

Open the Ads Help Center page. If your business or page is having issues with ads, your questions are usually addressed in this section.
To delve into advertising, you'll want to click Creating Ads or Managing Ads.
For problems with advertising, you'll need to click Troubleshooting Your Ads and then select an issue on the subsequent menu.

Visit the Facebook Community page. If you can't find your current problem listed anywhere in the Help Center, your best bet is to look for it in the community forums here.
You'll see a search bar at the top of this page--you can look up topics (e.g., disabled accounts) from here.

Method 2Submitting a Complaint via the Better Business Bureau
Open Facebook's Better Business Bureau page.
Scroll down and click Submit a Complaint. This is on the lower right side of the webpage next to the Submit a Review button.

Click Click Here to File a Complaint. This is underneath the "I am looking to resolve a dispute with a business" heading on the left side of the page.

Fill out the Qualification Questions form. Here, you'll need to click the "Yes" or "No" checkbox for each of the following questions:
Is this an employee/employer complaint?
Is this a discrimination or civil rights complaint?
Does your complaint allege a criminal act?
Is this a business with a complaint for collections purposes with another business?
Is this complaint in litigation?
Is this complaint based solely on dissatisfaction with a price?
Is this complaint about a purchase you wish you never made?
Are solely seeking an apology from the business?
Are you filing this complaint for BBB information only?

Click Proceed to Complaint Form. You can also click Clear & Start Over to begin filling out the form again.Click Proceed. If you want to change the language of the following forms, you must first click the "Select Language" bar in the top left corner of the screen and then click your preferred language.

In April 2016, Facebook launched Facebook Live: a live video streaming service that lets anyone broadcast from their mobile devices straight to their Facebook News Feed.

Since its launch, live streaming video has grown in popularity, with 16% of marketers broadcasting it in 2016. Facebook Live is particularly popular -- videos see 3X the engagement of traditional videos shared on the platforms, and millions of users live stream on Facebook around the world.

Why are marketers getting so excited about Facebook Live? Because it's a fun and fairly simple way for them to use the power of video to communicate their brand stories, and build authentic relationships with fans and followers -- in real time.

However, for such a simple concept, Facebook Live has a lot of little nuances that marketers will need to learn if they want to get the most out of the platform. iPhone 3G and 3GS Owners Can Now Download Older Versions of Apps From the App Store
Submitted by Marshall Walker on
iPhone 3G owners can finally stop threatening to throw away their phones. Users with older iPhones can now download legacy versions of apps that no longer support their device. For example, the iPhone 3G only supports iOS 4.2.1, and iPhone 3GS users will not be able to download iOS 7 when it is officially launched on September 18th. This causes a problem for users with older phones because most apps currently require iOS 4.3 or later to work.

As you can see from the screenshot above, the App Store will now give you the option to install the "last compatible version" of an app. So if you're stuck at iOS 4.2.1, but the app you want to install now requires iOS 4.3 to work, you can now download the 4.2.1 version of that app.

This is great news for people with jailbroken devices and older devices like the original iPhone. It is also good to know that you can now hold onto your iPhone even longer than before, and can ignore future iOS updates if you choose too.

Also don't forget, this does not mean you will have access to every app in the App Store. It will only work with apps that originally supported your current version of iOS.

                                           Facebook Lite 110.0.0.10.85 for Android
Facebook Lite is an official Facebook client that lets you use this popular social network through a much lighter app that's better suited for low-power Android devices or ones with limited Internet connections.

The first thing that stands out about Facebook Lite is that the app takes up about 250 kilobytes on your memory once installed. This means that it occupies a hundred times less space than the normal Facebook app ... and still has all the features you need from it.

Besides this drastic size reduction, Facebook Lite offers other interesting advantages for users with limited Internet connections. The app is expressly designed to work over 2G networks, so it lets you access your profile and communicate with your friends while consuming hardly any data.

Facebook Lite is an excellent alternative to the usual Facebook client that lets you use this social network on less powerful devices and over very weak Internet connections.
Seven Lite apps to save space and RAM on your Android

Lots of the go-to apps we use on our smartphones are starting to get a bit out of hand in terms of their resource consumption. In many cases even midrange devices can't handle the ballooning suck on memory. Hence the proliferation of Lite apps (both official and unofficial) these days, all of them set up to offer the same main features as their original counterparts but massively reducing RAM use and the space taken up on the device. Here are some of the most popular and efficient ones available (plus a tool to create your own lite apps as a bonus).

Facebook Lite tops 200 million users

When Facebook Lite appeared in 2015 we couldn't imagine the waves it would make over time. The light version of the Facebook app has become indispensable for people who have weak connections – or simply don't want to eat up all their memory with the gigantic original Facebook app. Amazingly, it's now reached 200 million users, and this achievement is being celebrated with improvements to the app's performance.

Introducing On This Day: A New Way to Look Back at Photos and Memories on Facebook
By Jonathan Gheller, Product Manager
People often look back at old photos and other memories they’ve shared on Facebook, and many have told us that they enjoy products and features that make this easier.

Today we’re announcing On This Day, a new way to look back at things you have shared and posts you’ve been tagged in on Facebook. Only you can see your On This Day page.

On This Day shows content from this date in the past. For example, you might see past status updates, photos, posts from friends and other things you’ve shared or been tagged in – from one year ago, two years ago, and so on. Only you will see this content unless you decide to share it with your friends.

Once on the page, you can choose to subscribe to notifications so you’ll be alerted when you have memories to look back on. You can also edit and delete old posts, or decide to share your memories with friends.

We’ve been testing this feature and it will begin rolling out globally on web and mobile. For more information, visit the Help Center.

How to delete a Facebook account permanently in 3 simple steps
Whether you’re concerned about your online privacy or just getting tired of constant status updates from old school friends that you’ve since realised aren’t actually that cool, there are plenty of reasons why you might want to delete your Facebook account – and it’s not as hard as you might think.

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the process of how to delete Facebook step-by-step, including outlining the difference between ‘deactivating’ your account, and deleting it entirely.

If you’re thinking about deleting your account then you’re not alone. Between the Cambridge Analtyica scandal and increasing worries about the effect social media has on our individual and societal health, people are increasingly turning away from these sites that have come to dominate the internet.

Whatever your reason, deleting or deactivating your account is actually pretty easy. Here’s how you do it.

How to delete or deactivate a Facebook account – what’s the difference?
There are two different ways to get your Facebook account offline. The first is deactivating, which means:
You can reactivate your account whenever you want
People can’t see your Facebook Timeline, or search for you
Some information may remain visible (like messages you’ve sent)
Facebook saves your account info (like friends and interests) in case you reactivate

How do i join facebook
                                    how do i join facebook
1. Go to the Facebook website. Under Sign Up type your information into the boxes.

The birthday boxes have the information in drop down boxes and, when you click on the arrows, they will display a list for you to select the correct dates. You should also click on the round button next to either male or female. When you have completed these boxes click on the green button to Sign Up.

2. Facebook will send an email to the email address you provided. This is to ensure that you have given a real email address and one that you genuinely have access to. Click on the button Confirm Your Account. A numeric confirmation code is also provided and you may be asked to type this in.

3. Facebook will now open your profile and ask you a series of questions to help you get started. Step 1 is to help you find friends who are already using Facebook.

Facebook will suggest people it thinks you may know and give you a list with profile photos so you can recognise them. If you would like to connect with someone on this list click on the Add Friend button. This will send a Friend Request to them – it is their choice whether or not to accept your request.

Click on the Next button if you do not recognise or wish to connect with anyone in this list.

4. On the Welcome page Facebook gives you the opportunity to connect with people in your email address book/contacts. It does this by taking the email address that you used to create your profile. If you want to see who it suggests click on Find Friends and it will access your email contacts to match them up with Facebook users.

5. Next the Welcome page suggests that you get to know your privacy settings. See our guide Privacy settings: How to stay safe on Facebook

6. Add a Profile Picture. You can use either a photograph that is on your computer or can be accessed from your computer (for instance on a USB) or, if you have a webcam that takes still photos, then you could take a new photo of you.

Many people choose to put a picture of something other than themselves for their profile, for instance a cartoon or favourite pet. If you choose not to put a photo at this time your profile will appear with the head and shoulders outline that you see below. For further information on uploading photos see our guide How to upload photos to Facebook.

7. Facebook is all about connecting with people so step 4 allows you to search for people you might know by typing in their names.

Don’t worry if you can’t think of many people at this stage you can always look for people at a later date, indeed you can continue to add to your friends list for as long as you have a Facebook account!

Your new Facebook Profile

Once you have done all of this your new Facebook page will open.

The first thing you will see is an option to change what is known as your cover photo. This is a large image that appears at the top of your personal page and is different to your profile photo. It can be of a scene that you like, a party, a cartoon, a flag or anything else that you feel is important to you…or even just looks nice.

To add your own photo click on OK

You have two choices either upload a photo or choose from photos that you have already put in Facebook. If this is a new Facebook account then you will not yet have any so you will need to upload a photo.
When you click on Upload photo a window opens allowing you to navigate to where you keep your photos, for instance in Pictures.
Click on the image that you would like to appear and then click on Open.
Your new image will appear with a message telling you to “Drag to Reposition Cover”. By clicking on the image and holding the mouse button down you can move your picture up and down so the most important part of the image is clear.

Once you are happy with the way the image looks click on Save Changes.

We hope you have enjoyed this guide and you are now able to sign up and join Facebook to connect with friends and family. Have your tried reading any of our other Facebook guides? Click on the Next Steps links below to see more of our Facebook guides.
