If your Facebook account is public, your details are available for everyone to see. If you're privacy-minded, you may want to consider changing your settings.
To secure your friend list from being perused by other users, it is important that you change your privacy options. Follow the steps described below to get the job done:

On your favorite browser, open Facebook.com.
On the Facebook’s welcome screen, login with your credentials.
On the homepage of your account, click on your Name next to the home button.
On your accounts timeline profile that opens up, click on the Friends button below the cover photo.
On the Friends page that opens up, click on the Manage button that has a small pencil symbol on it. The button is present at the right side.

On the drop-down, click Edit Privacy.

On the Edit Privacy window that opens up, select Only Me from the drop-down list representing the Who can see my friend list option.

Now your friend list will only be visible to you. Your friends will be able to see friends you have in common, i.e. the people who are added in your and their friend list.

How to View Archived Facebook and Messenger Messages
You can archive messages on Facebook to put them in a different folder, away from the main list of conversations. This helps organize your conversations without deleting them, which is especially helpful if you don't need to message someone but you still want to save the texts.
If you can't find archived Facebook messages, use the appropriate set of instructions below. Remember that Facebook messages can be accessed on both Facebook and Messenger.com.
On Facebook or Messenger
The quickest way to get to the archived messages is to open this link for Facebook.com messages, or this one for Messenger.com. Either will take you directly to the archived messages.

Or, you can follow these steps to manually open your archived messages (Messenger.com users can skip down to Step 3):
For Facebook.com users, open Messages. It's at the top of Facebook on the same menu bar as your profile name.
Click See All in Messenger at the bottom of the message window.
Open the Settings, help and more button on the top left of the page (the gear icon).
Select Archived Threads.
You can unarchive Facebook messages by just sending another message to that recipient. It will show up again in the main list of messages along with any other messages that aren't archived.

You can get to your archived messages from the mobile version of Facebook too. From your browser, either open the Messages page or do this:Open Messenger.
Tap the search bar at the top of the screen and type the name of the person you want to view messages for.
Select the friend whose messages you want to see from the search results and then you'll see all of the messages from that person.

Once you have an archived message open in Facebook.com or Messenger.com, it's really easy to search for a specific keyword with that thread:
Look for the Options panel on the right side of the page, just under the recipient's profile picture.
Click Search in Conversations.
Use the text box at the top of the message to search for specific words in that conversation, using the leftmost arrow keys (next to the search box) to see the previous/next instance of the word.

   Having trouble logging in? What seems to be the problem?
You need to reset your password
We don't recognize your email
We protected your account
Your account was suspended
You can’t log in with Facebook or Google+
Your email is old/inaccessible
You can't remember your email
If you forgot your password (or simply need to reset it), we can send you a link to reset it.
To reset your password:
Request a password reset by giving us your email address
Check your inbox for an email to reset your password

Click the link in the email and enter a new password
Once you reset your password, you'll need to update it on all of your devices (if you use more than one device to use Pinterest).
You can't use any recently used passwords. We do this to keep your account safe and can't make any exceptions.

If your account's connected to Facebook, click Log in with Facebook when logging in
Search for your username or profile name—we'll give you a hint to the email address on the account
Request a password reset using your email addresses, including any emails you may have used in the past
Try logging in with a typo'd email address and your password. Common typos are:

Typing .con instead of .com
Typing .com instead of .net
Using @yahoo.com instead of @ymail.com
Forgetting the numbers in the address (ex: name@aol.com instead of name123@aol.com)
If you have multiple addresses, using the username of one address and the domain of another (ex: you have myname@yahoo.comand myfirstname@gmail.com, you might have signed up with myname@gmail.com)
If we notice any strange activity on your Pinterest account, we’ll reset your password and log everyone out (including you).
Strange activity includes (but isn't limited to) things like:
Logins from unusual locations
Many logins within a short period of time
Spammy behavior

If your account’s suspended, you’ll see an error message when you try to log in. It may be because you did something that went against our Acceptable Use Policy.

Introducing On This Day: A New Way to Look Back at Photos and Memories on Facebook

People often look back at old photos and other memories they’ve shared on Facebook, and many have told us that they enjoy products and features that make this easier.

Today we’re announcing On This Day, a new way to look back at things you have shared and posts you’ve been tagged in on Facebook. Only you can see your On This Day page.

On This Day shows content from this date in the past. For example, you might see past status updates, photos, posts from friends and other things you’ve shared or been tagged in – from one year ago, two years ago, and so on. Only you will see this content unless you decide to share it with your friends.

To see your On This Day page, you can click on the On This Day bookmark, search for “On This Day,” or visit facebook.com/onthisday. You might also see a story in your News Feed.

Once on the page, you can choose to subscribe to notifications so you’ll be alerted when you have memories to look back on. You can also edit and delete old posts, or decide to share your memories with friends.
