Facebook account login problem
Having trouble logging into Facebook? Never fear. There are solutions a-plenty.
Sometimes the social media site, which has 2.13 billion monthly active users, isn’t the easiest thing to log in to.
Perhaps you’ve forgotten your email and password, or they’re asking for more security info that you can’t help with, or for some reason you just can’t get through.
Here’s what to do in those situations…
How to solve your login problem
Try logging into Facebook with the details you have
If you are unable to login to Facebook, click the link that says‘Recover my account’
If you have either the email you signed up with, or your mobile phone number that’s connected to the account, enter it in the box
Get the link that’s been sent to you and reset your password
Login with the new password and your email
You’re in!
If that’s still not solving the problem, because the password reset link hasn’t arrived or worked, or because you don’t remember any details at all, use their Facebook login Troubleshooting page here.
The Facebook Help Centre may also have the answer you need to help you get back online.
