Do you mean Facebook in general?
You can change the general language settings by scrolling down on the Facebook page. On the right hand side, you'll see links to Privacy, Terms, Cookies etc. The first item in this list is you current language. Click on the language, and then you can switch to any language you like (even Pirate English!)

Today, I have wrote an article on the same issue. It’s one of the best example of #badux that Facebook changes language automatically based on georaphy and user does not have any control to change back.

Let me help you to get your account back. just follow the following steps and get your account back within 24 hours.
First of All you should open the Facebook website www.facebook.com And enter your ID/E-mail address or Mobile No. on which your Account and also your Password and just click on the Log In button.
As you Log In such a window will be open as given below. Then If you have forgot all the detail which you have given in your Facebook Account then you should download those info from here by clicking on the Download Your Information button and then click on Create File . After that you should choose the folder where you want to save these detail. It will download in Zip folder you should Extract it. This downloaded information provides you, your profile details and also all other details even about your friends and posts etc.

If you want to find out their profile details then just go into the downloaded folder and find the Profile Information folder.
After that, click on Back, and then click on Go To Help Centre at the left side of the pup window.

Scare stories about fraudulent voting also distract from the genuine problem of meddling in American elections by Russia. In the long run, barriers to voting may even be bad for the Republicans who usually erect them. Every moment they spend thinking about how to make voting harder is a moment they do not spend thinking about how to attract new non-white voters—a puzzle they will have to crack eventually.

The Department of Justice used to prevent states from erecting barriers to voting. Under Jeff Sessions, it winks at such efforts. Mr Sessions, who is supposed to enforce laws that promote voting like the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act, should reconsider. Though an early Trump backer, he has shown some courage and independence, enduring much presidential barracking and knocking down Republican demands for him to investigate the FBI.

Vote early, vote often
It would be better still if states made it easier to vote, not harder. There is no reason not to enroll voters automatically when they encounter state officials. A dozen states, not all of them left-leaning, do so already. Three-quarters allow people to vote early, by post; the most adventurous states, such as California and Colorado, are moving to postal voting by default.
