How to change your name on Facebook for desktop
Go to Facebook’s website
Open the drop-down menu by clicking on the downwards arrow symbol located in the top right hand corner
Click on the ‘Settings’ option
Click edit on the ‘Name’ tab
Change your name, surname and then hit ‘Review Change’. You can also add a middle name (optional)

How to change your name on Facebook Mobile: Android and iOS
The process on mobile is almost identical to the one on desktop.
Open the Facebook app on your device
Tap on the menu button located in the top right-hand corner
Swipe down until you find the ‘Settings & Privacy’ option
Select the ‘Settings’ option
Tap on the ‘Personal information’ tab
Select the ‘Name’ tab
Change your name, surname and then hit ‘Review Change’. You can also add a middle name (optional)
