You have to be logged in to facebook to do this mission, once that is done you can poke a friend int he game system. If you are not logged into facebook, then you'll have to skip that mission with coins.

You have to skip that mission, it does not work. The idea is that if you are logged onto Facebook on subway surfers, you can poke face book friends and subway surfers will register it and count the mission as completed. However, as far as I can tell you can not poke friends on subway surfers and face book will not tell subway surfers you poked some body. Just skip the mission in the boost store.

Click on top run
Click on collect
Click on the pictures of your friends to poke
I just did it.
No need to skip the mission with coins.

I also got the same mission and it was not working till tgen so I skipped that mission in the shop using some coins you can also do that bcuz it does not work

No need to skip the mission, just go to top run (if you are logged into facebook) then in the collect tab, you can see "poke" word on your friends' icons and just tap it, finish! Hope it works~

I am logged in using 4g and have also connected my Facebook account. I have an android phone and my friend has a Windows phone. I can see poke on his Facebook friends although I don't see it for me. I must just be broken as I'm I'm the exactly same place where he can poke people.
