How to find someone's deleted Facebook post

The short answer is you can’t. Once a post has been deleted, it’s gone from Facebook.
Any attempt to view that post will return a “This content can not be displayed. It might have been deleted or you might not have permission to view it.” message.
I can’t recall the actual wording of that message, but it’s something similar to that.
By the way, when you share someone else’s post that post remains in their account. It is not “copied” into yours. Therefore, if they delete the original post they effectively delete your share of it as well.
Think of it like this: A share is nothing more than a pointer to a post. Once that post has been deleted there is nothing there to point to any longer.
The same thing goes for tags. If someone tags you in a post and then deletes the post, you’ll get the same type of “this content cannot be displayed” error.
Bottom line: Once a post is gone, it’s really gone.
Scroll through the list of messages that appear on the page and click on the one you want to recover. Facebook lists your communications, including deleted Wall posts, by title and date. You also have the option to type a name in the Search Messages field at the top.

The short answer is that you cannot. When someone deletes their Facebook account, Facebook deactivates all content that the person placed in their account. This may not be the case if they have tagged you in a post that they have placed on their account. So if you were tagged in a post that they posted, you may still be able to see the post. This is not guaranteed, but I have seen it happen. I have even seen complaints about it that Facebook refuses to correct.
