Sometimes Pinterest doesn't work like it should, but don’t fret.
Here are some quick fixes for the most common problems we see when using Pinterest on the web.

We recommend using the strongest internet connection available, whether that’s wireless (Wifi) or wired (using an ethernet cable).
Common problems related to connection issues:
—Pinterest doesn’t load
—You can’t upload a Pin or use the Pinterest browser button
—Your home feed and notifications don’t update or load
—You see a grey screen on all Pinterest pages
—Images load slowly or partially
Visit a different website: Head to a simple site, like Google. If the page loads, it’s an issue with using Pinterest. If the page doesn’t load, it’s a problem with your internet connection. If it's an issue with using Pinterest, try the fixes under Check your browserand Check your computer.
Try connecting on a different computer: If you can connect to the internet on a different device, then there’s likely an issue with your computer.
Reset your wireless router: Sometimes routers just need a hard reset. Pull the power cord out of your router, then plug it back in. You’ll need to wait a few minutes for it to reboot.
Switch to a different connection: If you’re on a wireless connection, use an ethernet cable to connect directly to your router. This will help you bypass any Wifi issues that your router might be having.

Make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser: Most of Pinterest relies on Javascript to show you the right images and buttons. If Javascript is disabled, you won’t be able to use Pinterest. You can check to see if Javascript is enabled in your browser. Or figure outif your browser is missing Javascript entirely.
