To get back on Pinterest, just reset your password. Or, if your account’s connected to Google or Facebook and you’ve logged in that way before, log in with Google or Facebook

If you're having trouble logging in with Facebook or Google+, there are a few things you can try.
Check that your Facebook login credentials stored in iOS are correct - on your iPhone, go to Settings >> Facebook and tap your username to view your login information
Make sure that Facebook has access to Pinterest - on your iPhone, go to Settings >> Privacy >> Facebook and toggle the Pinterestsetting to Yes
If you're using Google+, make sure that you're signed into Google+ using your mobile web browser
If you're having trouble logging in with Facebook or Google+, there are a few things you can try.

Once you log in, you can update your email address in settings.
If you don't have access to your email address, unfortunately we can't reset your password since we can't confirm it's your account. The best thing to do in this case is to create a new account. You can save stuff from your old account to your new account and follow people you were following before.
