You can recover it by these steps :
Go to the Facebook login page and tap Forgot password?
Fill out the form to identify your account.
Look at the list of email addresses listed on your account. If you don't have access to any of these, tap No longer have access to these?
Follow the instructions provided to answer your security question or get help from friends, if you see these options, or contact your email service provider
Still not recovered?

If you’re locked out of your account (and also if you have forgotten your password), follow the instructions under “How can I get back into my account?”
If you are trying to recover an old Facebook profile, follow the instructions under “How do I remove or recover an old account I can't log into?”
If your Facebook account has been locked or blocked and you think it should not have been, then submit an appeal to Facebook. (Note, there are valid reasons why Facebook might lock your account, according to Facebook’s terms of service.)
If you have another login issue, fill out this form.

How can I get back into my account?
To get back into your account, log into Facebook and follow the instructions to verify your identity and, if necessary, scan your computer for viruses. If you can't remember your Facebook password you can request a new password.
You may have the option of confirming your identity by:
Identifying friends based on their tagged photos
Answering your security question (if you added one to your account)
Contacting a friend you've previously chosen to help you
Providing your date of birth
After you complete this process, please be sure to read the information provided regarding keeping your account secure.

You’ll need to know the answer to your security question. You can have Facebook let you reset your password, provide the correct answer to your security question and you’ll be able to reset your password and log in.
You’ll need to have access to the email account you used to setup your Facebook page. If you don’t know the answer to your security question, you can have Facebook send a link to reset your password to that email address. Just log into your email account, click the link, and reset your password.
If you don’t have access to either of those, then unfortunately you probably will not be able to regain access to your Facebook page, barring any extraordinary circumstances. These are generally the bits of information that Facebook has about you to help them verify who you are. If you can’t use them, they can’t verify your identity when you’re trying to get into the account without knowing the password.

My husband was so smooth at hiding her infidelity and I had no proof for months, I saw a recommendation about a Private investigator and decided to give him a try.. the result was incredible because all my cheating husbands text messages, whatsapp, facebook and his phone conversations was sent directly to my Personal computer. Mr James helped me put a round-the-clock monitoring on him and I got concrete evidence and gave it to my lawyer..I say no to infidelity if your husband is an expert at hiding his cheating adventures contact him through Gmail he will help you(Worldcyberhackers) or WhatsApp : +12678773020
