New login
We have updated our login routines. All you need to do is to create a new login, using the registered contact email address as your user name, instead of your domain name.
Create a new login
Go to this page:
https://www.one.com/admin/adminuser-send-create-email.do
Enter your registered contact email address.
The contact email address is the address where you receive all the password emails and invoices from One.com.
Click Next
Check your inbox, and make sure to update your password from the link we sent you
Did you forget your registered email address, but still have your password?

If you have the password for your control panel, but can't remember the registered email address
- use your domain name and password to change the email address.

Enter your domain name and password
Click Next
Your registered email address will be displayed.
If you want to change the email address, enter a new address, and click Change email address
Did you forget your password, and don't have access to registered email address?
If you don't have access to the password for your control panel or the registered email address
- you need us to update the registered email address for you.
Complete this form:
Return the form to us by email, fax or letter post.
Wait for us, while we update your registered email address.
You will get a confirmation from us by email.
