Let me help you to get your account back. just follow the following steps and get your account back within 24 hours.
First of All you should open the Facebook website www.facebook.com And enter your ID/E-mail address or Mobile No. on which your Account and also your Password and just click on the Log In button.
As you Log In such a window will be open as given below. Then If you have forgot all the detail which you have given in your Facebook Account then you should download those info from here by clicking on the Download Your Information button and then click on Create File . After that you should choose the folder where you want to save these detail. It will download in Zip folder you should Extract it. This downloaded information provides you, your profile details and also all other details even about your friends and posts etc.

If you want to find out their profile details then just go into the downloaded folder and find the Profile Information folder.
After that, click on Back, and then click on Go To Help Centre at the left side of the pup window.

Then such a window will appear as given below. In this window you scroll down and click on the use this form to submit an appeal
After clicked on the use this form to submit an appeal this new window will be open as given below. In which you should put your account details Your full name which you have given in your ID, after that your ID pictures front and Back both sides. If you have No ID card then you can use the following documents
Passport
Driving License
Voter ID card

Then just click on the Send Button and your Appeal have been send. You should submit your appeal just one time ant wait until Facebook reactivates it, it may take time of 3-9 days for them to reactivate an account in general. There's no easy way to look up someone's mobile-phone number. White pages? Nope. Directory assistance? Uh-uh.
It's something that drives telemarketers and pollsters crazy, as there are millions of people, especially young ones, who don't have any landlines and can't easily be reached by strangers.
But it turns out Facebook has been openly listing mobile numbers all along, as Indian security researcher Suriya Prakash discovered recently.
Needless to say, he wasn't happy about it.
"I would consider my most 'personal' data saved on Facebook to be my mobile number as it is somewhat of a bridge interlinking both my personal and online life," Prakash explained in a blog posting this past Thursday. "I would not like people I don't want getting a hold of it."

Prakash had earlier told Facebook about his discovery, but the company told him there were no security issues involved as the rate of queries from a particular source would be limited as a guard against automated attacks.
Prakash found that that was true for the desktop version of Facebook, but not the mobile one.

To use Prakash's method, log into Facebook on a desktop browser, copy this URL and paste it into the address bar:http://m.facebook.com/search/?query=123456789

Then substitute a Facebook friend's mobile number for the number string and hit "Enter." (Be sure to include the country code prefix — "1" for the U.S. and Canada, "44" for Britain, "33" France and so on.)
If your Facebook friend has listed his mobile number on Facebook, or if he's got a Facebook app on his smartphone, it'll show right up. In many cases, it works for "friends of friends" and for total strangers.
Why? As Prakash found, the default Facebook privacy setting for "Who can look you up using the email address or phone number you provided?" is "Everyone."
(To see it yourself, click on the downward facing arrow next to the "Home" button in the upper-right corner of your Facebook page, then click "Edit Settings" next to "How You Connect.")
Contacted by TechNewsDaily, a Facebook representative said this was a feature, not a flaw.
"The ability to search for a person by phone number is intentional behavior and not a bug in Facebook," the representative wrote in an email.

How To Post An Animated GIF On Facebook
At last! Facebook is embracing animated GIFs.
To make them work, simply paste the URL of an animated GIF into Facebook’s “update status” field. You can then add text as usual. (Gorburger not included.)
Uploading an animated GIF from your computer using the “add photos/video” function does not work at this time.

A representative for Facebook did not say why animations have been enabled after so much time without them, but did confirm to The Huffington Post that the new feature is indeed “rolling out” to users. Hold tight if it’s not working for you yet.
At least one workaround to get animated GIFs on Facebook has cropped up before, though this is the most straightforward functionality yet.

Question from Mandy M: Rick, I have a problem that’s been bugging me for a long time.
When I joined Facebook I put in a fake birth date because I was too young to open an account at the time.
Now I want to change it to show my real birthday. How do I do that?Rick’s answer: It’s pretty easy to change your birth date on Facebook, Mandy. Just follow the instructions below for the device you’re using:
If you’re using Facebook in a web browser on a laptop or desktop PC…

1 – Log in to your Facebook account and click on your name in to display your Timeline.
2 – Click the About link.
3 – Click the Contact and Basic Info link in the left-hand column.
4 – Hover your mouse over the “Birth Date” line end click the Editbutton that pops up.
5 – Change the Month, Day and Year to reflect the date of your actual birthday.

Note: While you’re here you can optionally hide your birth date from everyone but yourself, and I strongly recommend that you do that.
Your birth date is one of the most important pieces of information for a scammer to have in order to steal your identity so hiding it from everyone but yourself makes sense.

6 – Click Save Changes.
If you’re using the Facebook app on a mobile device…
1 – Open the Facebook app and log in to your account.
2 – Tap on your tiny profile photo (the one beside the box where you type status updates) to display your Timeline page.
3 – Scroll down and tap About.
4 – Scroll down to the “Basic Info” section and tap the pencil iconbeside your birth date. You should now see your birth date listed on two separate lines.
5 – Change your birth month, birth day and birth year to make them reflect your actual birth date.
Note: While you’re here you can optionally tap the privacy level iconson the right and hide your birth date from everyone but yourself, and I strongly recommend that you do that.
Your birth date is one of the most important pieces of information for a scammer to have in order to steal your identity so hiding it from everyone but yourself makes sense.

6 – Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and tap Save.
That’s all there is to it. The birth date on your Facebook profile should now be correct.

With new apps pouring in every day, no one can return disappointed from the play store. There are apps available that can provide you with analytical information about your Instagram account.
