It depends upon the condition:
If you deactivated your profile then simply logging in will activate your profile.
If you requested for deletion then only in 14 days you will get back your profile. After 14 days it will be completely removed from Facebook servers and you will never able to get it back.
If you forget your password, try resetting it with email or number.
If your profile has been deactivated in case of violating Facebook community rules, then try to request Facebook for reactivating it or verify your profile.
