How to check last login/active time of any other (friend) Facebook user

Here's how you can see the last time your friends logged into Facebook on Android.

1. Tap the chat icon in the top right corner.

2. A list of friends will appear.

3. You can see the time that they last logged in on the right side.
this is the only possible way to know last account access activity.

To know your own login details-
Login to Facebook and click on “Account” drop down menu on the top right corner of your screen. Click on “Account Settings”.
You will be taken to the Facebook “My account” page, where you will a number of tabs, each account for settings for different sections of Facebook. Click on Settings tab.
Find the “Account Security tab “under settings, you will have the account activity details listed under “Most Recent Activity”
You can find the last accessed time, location and the device from where your account has been accessed. You can even enable SMS or email notifications whenever your account is accessed from a new computer or mobile device, just select “On” radio button under “Login Notifications” and click Save button.

This feature on available on app.

Log in to chat by tapping the icon in the top-right corner. Your list of friends will appear, along with the minutes since they last accessed Facebook mobile — whether they're logged into chat or not.

On the far right column, after you login, it will show a list of all your friends. It will show next to their name, if they are currently active on FB and if not, how long it has been since they were.

Actually you can’t see the last login time of any user ( friend). You can well see the last time he was active or online with the help of messenger. It shows you like 3 min ago and something like that.

This can be checked by logging on Messenger and if you have an open dialogue window with them, you can check when they were last active and if they're online through their mobile, for instance.

You have to be Friends though, and not any Blocked individuals.
